Stefanos Crater (Nisyros Volcano)

With a diameter of 300 meters and a depth of 27 meters, it is one of the biggest hydrothermal crater in the world and one of the Nisyros' five craters.

Panagia Spiliani Monastery

Built partly in a cave of the Mandraki hill, the monastery is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, "the Lady of the Cave".

Palaiokastro (Old-Castle) of Nisyros

The well-preserved fortified acropolis of the town dates to the 4th century BC. It is above Mandraki and so, excellent for morning hikes.
