Description: Naousa is located at the foot of Vermio mountain, close to Veria, but other very famous attractions such as Saint Nicholas, 3-5 Pigadia and Seli ski resorts. Surrounded by orchards of peaches, apples, cherries and many other fruits, moreover jams Naousa is famous throughout Greece. According to legend in Naousa was the palace of King Midas. During the Ottoman Naousa given a heroic battle with their heads Zafiraki Theodosius and Anastasios Karatasos who survived the siege of Naousa from Turkish army that had come from Thessaloniki to quell the uprising of the people of Naousa.
